"A Christening" The Danbury Mint Limited Edition to 100 firing days. Serial Number J7485 Her head, arms and legs are made of fine hand-painted bisque porcelain and has a cloth body. Measures approximately 19" tall and 29" from head to bottom of gown. The doll's facial features are individually hand-painted by skilled artisans. The Victorian style gown overflows with an abundance of lace and satin and row upon row of exquisite embroidery. The delicate satin slippers are finished with lace and hand-tied bows. The doll comes with its very own  22kt. gold-clad christening bracelet complete with a garnet birthstone. The baby blue eyes are crafted of genuine crystal. the hem of the dress is lavishly decorated with satin and lace rosettes surrounded by borders of delicate eyelet embroidery. This doll comes complete with an embroidered satin pillow to rest its head upon. The doll is in mint condition and comes in it's original box, Certificate of  Ownership and a card with the history of the cherished customs and traditions of when a child is christened or baptized. Original cost of this doll was $175.00 Doll, dress and pillow is in mint condition... box is in excellent condition with some minor wear. The doll comes from a smoke free home.
