Hello ... and Welcome! ~~DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ONE ~~ **PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION** Up for sale is a vintage Danbury Mint Doll called "SUN FLOWER" A Native American Doll from 1998. Sun Flower is sculpted with exceptional realism to capture the endearing innocence of the very young. Her wide brown eyes with eyelashes will instantly capture your heart. Her adorable facial expression reflects her peaceful spirit. From the tip of her button nose to her softly rounded cheeks and her incredibly lifelike hands, the quality of the sculpting is outstanding. Posed sweetly sucking her thumb, she is the very picture of childhood contentment. To highlight every stunning detail of the sculpting, Sun Flower is meticulously handcrafted of fine porcelain. Her facial features are masterfully handpainted. Her body is cloth. Authentic Native American Attire:  Hand-sewn beads Fashioned like those actually worn by Plains Indians, Sun Flower's outfit features hundreds of tiny hand-sewn beads. She wears an extravagantly beaded head-band. Her glossy black pigtails are held in place by faux leather ties. The doll's luxuriously fringed dress made of soft faux buckskin falls in delicate folds to her knees. Under her dress, she is wearing pants/panties that have a criss-cross faux buckskin lacing in the front to close. An anklet with shiny bells adorns one chubby leg. Sun Flower also has a faux animal skin blanket. It has faux fur on the one side... and is painted with colorful images of animals on the one side that played a crucial role in Native American culture... the brown bear... the turtle... and the deer.
